Hi Noah, Toonik Tyme doesn’t have any videos. Have you checked with the videos CBC has online? Or Youtube and Isuma.tv? If you search for Toonik Tyme on those site you will find several videos from various years and different events. I don’t know if the video you are looking for will be on any of those sites but I couldn’t think where else you have a chance of finding the footage you are looking for. Good luck.
